TFR Ep. 312: Finding Dory, Star Trek II: TWOK, Call It!

This week on The First Run, Matt and Chris watch yet another Pixar sequel, ‘Finding Dory’. This time, it’s Dory’s turn to find someone, and it’s her parents! Pixar’s sequels (outside of ‘Toy Story’) haven’t been as good as their other films . I’m looking at you, ‘Cars 2’. Does that streak continue or is Pixar back on track with their sequels? Next up, it’s the big releases on Blu-Ray & DVD, featuring both Straight To DVD and Streaming Picks. So that’s pretty cool. The Star Trek marathon continues with ‘Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan’. It’s been over 30 years since the film was released. It can’t possible still be the best in the series, can it? The big show then wraps up with Call It! Featuring some of the tougher decisions we’ve ever had to make. Well, one was tough for Chris for sure. Pixar. Admiral Kirk, and other shenanigans. Sounds fun.
