TFR Ep. 247: The Equalizer, Call It!

Denzel Washington is Edward Woodward as Robert (McCall?) in…The Equalizer. The latest remake hits the theaters, directed by Antoine Fuqua (Training Day). Is Denzel intruding on Liam Neeson’s aging action thriller territory? Are we out of new ideas entirely at this point? Chris then reviews the big releases coming out on Blu-Ray & DVD, and Dave’ fills us in on what we should be streaming this week. Then it’s the return of Call It! where Chrs and Dave ask each other to make some impossible cinematic choices. Two enter the ring… two leave. It doesn’t get too violent, really.
