Feel like dropping us a note and telling us how great we're doing?  Or maybe that we have no idea what the heck we're doing and should shut down the whole thing?   Perhaps just a suggestion or two?

Well, drop us a line and let us know!  Don't be shy.  We can take it.  Especially if it's praise.  We eat that stuff up!

TFR Ep. 608: Men, Jiu-Jitsu, CageFest Awards

Chris Scalzo

This week on The First Run, Chris and Matt get into a philosophical discussion about Men.  Specifically Alex Garland’s latest, ‘Men’. #NotAllMen, but maybe #MostMen?  After the successes of ‘Ex Machina’ and ‘Annihilation’ (and the rumored ghost directing of ‘Dredd’), Garland returns with a horror film about toxic bro’s, bro. And so much more.  Too much more?  Then CageFest wraps with ‘Jiu-Jitsu’ featuring a bunch of people picking up some extra shifts and a drop-in by the man himself.  There’s the stylin’ rundown of the big releases on Physical Media, featuring the Streaming and Straight to DVD Picks of the Week.  Then Matt and Chris close out the show with the traditional marathon awards ceremony. Time to break down the best and worst of CageFest!
