On this episode of The First Run Focus, we check out the 7th episodes of both Stranger Things Season 2 and Mindhunter Season 1. On Stranger Things, it’s the Eleven show. El was absent from the last episode, so we get a break in the action and find out what she’s been up to. But does it bring the momentum we’ve been building to a screeching halt? At least we find out who ‘8’ is. Is it worth the diversion? Then over on Mindhunter, BTK is putting his prepping for something horrible. We’re introduced to Jerry Brudos, serial killer of women who claims he’s an innocent guy being framed by law enforcement. We also spend half the episode with the personal lives of our three stars. Previously that has been a weakness of the show. We’ll discuss if it works better this time. All this and more on this week’s First Run Focus!
